Join body-mind coach Cara Bradley for an interactive session about flow — a way of living where action and awareness merge. In flow we feel better and perform better. Often described as embodied cognition or body-mind intelligence, flow allows us to access insight and information not only from our head but also from our heart and gut. In this session you will experience how to both access flow and facilitate flow in an all-levels practice integrating coherent breathing, dynamic movement and mindfulness. We’ll end the session with Q&A.
