The main essence of my presentation, will be about the processes in the brain that take place when an athlete is in the zone and playing their best. 
An athlete in any sport will typically describe their best performance as  "everything slowing down, not thinking and with fluid, effortless motion and great or even perfect timing." If this is what takes place when playing your best, it must be your priority despite being a very abstract experience. However, this is generally not how sports have been taught. Zone Motion is different. It makes these subtle powerful processes in the brain the priority. It has been taught to athletes in 10 professional and 25 amateur sports.
